SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 1st MARRIAGE: Mildred Little, July 16, 1936, at Morning Star Parsonage in rural Washta, Iowa.
SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 2nd MARRIAGE:
OCCUPATION: They lived and farmed in the Grand Meadow area until 1942, when they moved to a farm north of Kingsley where they lived and farmed for 55 years. They moved to Kingsley in 1997.
SURVIVORS: ..include his wife; two daughters and their husbands, Bethene and Kenneth Maass of Remsen, Iowa, and Rhonda and Brett Houle of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sons, Lanny and his wife, Donna Nairn, of Cherry Hill, N.J., and Bob Nairn of Sioux City; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a half sister and her husband, Elna and John Lindgren, of Kingsley.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …his stepfather, R.E. Thompson; and two brothers, his twin, Melvin and Lloyd.
