OCCUPATION: They farmed and lived south of Pierson until their retirement. Mrs. Meissner died Aug. 29, 1991, in Sioux
City. He moved to Kingsley in 1993.
SURVIVORS: …include two daughters and their husbands, Ann and Loren Kreutz of Aurelia, Iowa, and Joyce and Tom Bogenrief of York, Neb.; a son and his wife, Tony and Kila Meissner of Spencer, Iowa; ten grandchildren; a brother, Eric, of Marcus, Iowa; two sisters, Hattie McCartor of Wellman, Iowa, and Alice Rieckmann of Kingsley.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …his wife; and three brothers, Werner, Bill (W.P.) and George, who died as a young child.
