OCCUPATION: She lived in Des Moines until her marriage. The couple lived on his parents’ farm for a number of years. In 1960, they moved to a farm near Merrill. At that time she began teaching third grade at Hinton Community School, and continued in that position until the Spring of 1990, when she retired. In 1970, they purchased a farm in Union Township near Remsen.
SURVIVORS: …include her husband; a son, C. Gregory Law, of rural Remsen; six grandchildren; a sister, Jeanne Perdue and her husband, James of Runnells; and a brother, Donald Woods and his wife, Inge of Sarasota, Fla.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …her parents; a daughter, Brenda Law in infancy; and a daughter-in-law, Jane Law.
