SURVIVORS: include her husband; a daughter, Rachel at home, and two sons, Zachary and Matthew, both at home; her mother of LeMars; her father of Superior, Iowa; five sisters; four brothers; maternal grandmother, Barbara Houts of Desert Hot Springs, Calif.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Bernice Koopman of LeMars;
PRECEDED in DEATH by: her maternal grandfather, Maurice Houts, and her paternal grandparents, Roy and Amelia Harris.
