SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 2nd MARRIAGE: Louise Mars, Nov. 24, 1984, Orange City, Iowa. The couple moved to Sioux Center in September 1992 after retiring from farming.
SURVIVORS: include his wife, Louise of Sioux Center; two sons and their wives, Gary and Merrily Kaelke of New London, and Kervyn and Marilyn Kaelke of Spicer, Minn.; a daughter and her husband, Sheryl and Gary Zipf of Lino Lakes, Minn.; four stepchildren and their spouses, Judy and Dave Ellens of Grand Rapids, Mich., Jan Mars of Sioux City, Glenda and Mark Barinsky of Hawarden, Iowa, and Gail and Ross Schenk of Hull, Iowa; four grandchildren; and 12 step grandchildren; and a brother, Marvin, of Sioux City.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: his parents and two brothers.
