OCCUPATION: She did volunteer work at the Akron Senior Center for many years.
SURVIVORS: include her husband; a daughter, Vicki Lias and her special friend, Reed Henrich of LeMars, Iowa; two brothers, Brian Meggs and Ronnie Jones; a sister, Rene Thomas; two sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: her parents; a son, John; and three brothers.
PLACE of BURIAL: The body was cremated. There will be no visitation.
