MRS. ADAM TINDALL

AKRON, Iowa—Mrs. Adam Tindall, 96, of Akron, died Wednesday in a nursing home at Akron of a brief illness.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Adaville United Methodist Church, rural Akron. The Rev. Don Bardole will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery at Adaville under the direction of the Schroeder Funeral Home of Akron.

Mrs. Tindall, the former Lizzie C. Grebner, was born Sept. 17, 1885, in Johnson Township, rural LeMars.

She married Adam Tindall March 14, 1912, in Johnson Township. They farmed in the Akron area until 1946 when they retired to Atkinson, Neb. Mr. Tindall died Feb. 21, 1965. She moved to Akron in 1965 and entered the Akron Nursing Home at that time.

She was a Gold Star Mother.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. William Feuerhelm of Merrill and Mrs. Claire Allen of Akron; one son, Adam Jr., of Akron; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
