PARENTS: the son of Henry and Hilki (Bohms) Huls
SPOUSE & DATE of MARRIAGE: Marie Mae Woomer, June 16, 1937
PLACE OF MARRIAGE: LeMars, Iowa
OCCUPATION: The couple lived in LeMars prior to moving to Sioux City in 1953. She died Jan. 7, 1990, in Sioux City. He worked for Plymouth County REC and then for Iowa Public Service Co. for about 27 years, retiring in 1974.
SURVIVORS: include a daughter, Betty L. Huls of Sioux City; a niece Gladys Kolker of LeMars; and many cousins.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: a son, Henry James “Jim” Huls; a sister Rena Ahrendsen; and a brother, John E. Huls.
