PLACE of BIRTH: on the family farm near Battle Creek, Iowa
PARENTS: James M. and Alice (Herrington) Heath
SPOUSE & DATE of MARRIAGE: Walter Neilsen, Nov. 20, 1930; a son, James Walter, was born to this union. Walter passed away at a young age and Hazel later married Walter Schuette in 1941. After several years of marriage, Walter Schuette passed away and she married Charles Frerichs on Nov. 23, 1967.
PLACE OF MARRIAGE:
OCCUPATION: She had worked as a store security person for Lewis Systems and T.S. Martin Department Store and later for Sunshine Markets in Sioux City. She had also worked for Keiser Sundry in Merrill, Iowa.
SURVIVORS: include a granddaughter, Catherine Neilsen, of Albuquerque, N.M.; a daughter-in-law, Winnie Silverson of Arlington, Va.; and nieces and nephews and cousins.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: her son, James Neilsen, her three husbands, three sisters and a brother.
PLACE of BURIAL: Memorial Cemetery, LeMars, Iowa
