PARENTS: the son of Joseph James and Marie Margaret (Campbell) Engel

PLACE OF MARRIAGE: Ponca, Nebraska
OCCUPATION: He was employed as a service man for McCormack Distributing and later moved to sales in that company. Later he and Earl Utesch purchased the company, until they retired in the early 1980’s.
SURVIVORS: include four sons and their wives; two daughters and their husbands; two brothers and their wives; a sister; two sisters-in-law; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: Mrs. Engle died Oct. 8, 1999. Preceded in death by a brother, Herbert, two brothers-in-law.
