CLIFFORD O. JENSEN

Clifford O. Jensen, 54, longtime Plymouth county resident, died suddenly Sunday morning at his farm home near Akron. His death was very unexpected. He was at work when death came.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, at Merrill, Rev. K.J. Hodum, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Merrill Hillside Cemetery, under the direction of the Mauer funeral home of LeMars. There will be a prayer service at 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home.

Mr. Jensen was born September 17, 1909, at Sergeant Bluff and moved to Plymouth county at the age of 3. He married Edna Norton on August 11, 1930, at Storm Lake, Ia.

Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Wayne Andresen of Sioux City, and Mrs. Erwin Heinzeroth of Alden, Ia.; four sisters, Mrs. Olga Petersen, Mrs. Oscar Larson and Mrs. Eva Nye, all of Sioux City, and Mrs. Meta Baker of Merrill; two brothers, Henry of Sioux City and Raymond of Merrill, and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and a sister.
