DALE DISE
Dale F. Dise, 52, of 300 4th Ave. SE LeMars, died Wednesday (July 27, 1977) at Floyd Valley Hospital after a 6-month illness. He was an agent-operator for the Illinois Central railroad.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Mauer funeral chapel, LeMars, and Rev. William Reck of St. John’s American Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Mr. Dise had lived in LeMars the last nine years. He had worked for the railroad in Minnesota and Iowa.
Dale Franklin Dise was born July 18, 1925, at Dennison, the son of George and Anna Rabe Dise.
His marriage to Mary J. Campbell was Nov. 18, 1950, at Austin, Minn.
Surviving are his wife and four children, Mrs. Robert (Joliene) Anderson, Stanwood, Iowa; Keith, a student at the University of Iowa, Iowa City; and Roger and Debbie, both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Dise, Aurelia, and two sisters, Mrs. Vernon (Grace) Kay, Okabena, Minn., and Mrs. David (Margaret) Ford, Springfield, Va.
He was a member of St. John’s American Lutheran Church, a veteran of World War II, and a member of the American Legion.
