OBITUARY

Mary C. Mayrose, died Tuesday, June 25, at St. Vincent Hospital in Sioux City, after several months sickness. Miss Mayrose, 66, was born September 9, 1890, at Remsen and had been keeping house for her brother, Adolph, near Oyens.

Funeral service will be held Friday, June 28, 9:30 a.m. at St. Catherine’s Catholic church at Oyens. Father Schoeppner will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Fisch Funeral Home, Remsen, are in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include: four brothers, Adolf and Ed of LeMars; Albert of Alton; and Isadore of Remsen. A sister also survives, Mrs. Anna Costello of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and three brothers. Miss Mayrose was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
