Mrs. Lee Strobel

WESTFIELD, Iowa--Mrs. Lee Strobel, 87, of Westfield, died Saturday at a hospital in Akron after a brief illness.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Sioux City. The Rev. Mayra Tatro, curate, will officiate. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery in Sioux City. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Schroeder Funeral Home in Akron with the family present from 7-8 p.m.

Mrs. Strobel, the former Ursula Louisa Fry, was born Dec. 23, 1897, in Westfield. She married Lee Strobel in 1944 at Omaha and the couple farmed southeast of Westfield. Mr. Strobel died in January of 1964. She moved to the Akron Nursing Home in 1975.

Survivors include a sister, Violet Fry of Sioux City.
