OSCAR W. SCHULZ

Oscar W. Schulz, 53, Route 2, LeMars, lifelong resident and farmer at Neptune, died unexpectedly Sunday (March 6, 1988) at his home of an apparent heart attack.

He had also been employed the last 10 years at Sioux City Marian Health Center.

Funeral was at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars with Chaplain W. E. Racker officiating. Burial was in Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars.

Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Tuesday with the family present from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Schulz was born June 30, 1934, in LeMars to Oscar J. and Edith Finch Schulz. He served in the United States Army.

Mr. Schulz and Judy Knudsen were married Aug. 25, 1961, at rural Hinton.

Survivors are his wife, Judy Schulz, LeMars; a daughter, Mrs. Randy (Sheila) Schulz-Britt, LeMars; two sisters, Marian Riediger of LeMars and Marvel Riediger of Hinton, and a grandson, Clint. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters and two brothers.
