MISS CLEO SIMPSON

Miss Cleo Simpson, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Simpson, of Merrill, passed away at St. Vincent’s hospital in Sioux City on October 11, 1957, following surgery. Her death was unexpected. She was 45 years of age and never married.

Miss Simpson was born December 24, 1912, at Merrill and lived at Merrill her entire life until moving to Sioux City.

Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, at the Church of the Assumption at Merrill with Father Lloyd Carel officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of the Wiltgen-Luedtke funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home in LeMars until service time.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. C. L. (Anastasia) Hodapp of Merrill and Mrs. C. C. (Margaret) Christian of San Francisco, California. Three nephews and a niece also survive.

Deceased was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
