Heart Attack Proves Fatal
Collapses On Way Home From Work

A heart attack Monday proved fatal to William Fletcher Taylor, 75, a resident of Sioux City for the last 40 years, at his home, 1415 W. Fifth street.

On the way home from the Farmers Lumber and Supply Company where he was employed, Mr. Taylor collapsed, according to a report made by police, in front of his home. Taken inside, he died a short time later.

Mr. Taylor was born in Delaware county, N.Y., October 4, 1865.

Survivors besides his wife, Flora, are six sons; Roland and Ralph, both of Westfield; John, Arthur and Fred, all of Sioux City; and Thomas of San Diego, Calif.; and three daughters, Mrs. Maude Summers, of Chicago; Mrs. Ethel Poston, of Beresford, S.D.; and Mrs. Bessie Anderson, of Sioux City.

Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Anderson Chapel with Rev. S.D. Huff of the First Baptist church officiating. Interment was made in Battle Center Cemetery, near Battle Creek, Iowa.
