Mrs. Mueller Taken By Death
Resident Here Past Fifty Years

Mrs.Henry E. Mueller, 73, residing 326 Plymouth street SE, passed away at her home early Monday morning following a heart attack.

Her maiden name was Wilhelmina Ostermann and she was born in Hanover, Germany, December 14, 1867. She came to America with relatives when a girl of sixteen. She was married November 30, 1888, to Henry E. Mueller.

Mr. and Mrs. Mueller were engaged in farming in Sioux county until 1932 when they came to live in Le Mars, their home since.

She leaves to mourn her death her children Emma Mueller of Wheatridge, Colorado; Mrs. Fred Siege of Maurice; Esther, living at home; Mrs. Henry Prust, Mrs. John Watson and Emil Mueller of Le Mars; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons and a daughter.

The funeral will be held from the house Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 with services at 2 o'clock in St. John's Lutheran church, Rev, L. L. Belk officating. Interment will be made in the Reading township cemetery near Ireton.

The Mauer funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
