Mary Imelda Gannon and John N. Mullong, married October 15, 1906

"Married in Sioux City. Miss Mary Imelda Gannon and Mr. John N. Mullong went to Sioux City on Saturday and on Monday morning they were united in marriage at St. Joseph's church, Rev. Father O'Conner performing the ceremony. Miss Wash and Mr. Keegan of Sioux City were the witness to the marriage. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.J. Gannon America township and is a young lady of lovable characteristics. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mullong of Remsen township. The young people are both very popular and are being warmly congratulated by their friends. They will make their home on the Scott farm southeast of town where the groom has been farming for two or three years and has made a nice start to life."
