Ceremony At Plymouth Presbyterian ChurchPlymouth Presbyterian church was the scene of a simple wedding Saturday, January 17, at 1:30 p.m., when Miss Lila Fagan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Allan Fagan of Merrill, became the bride of Alex Pelelo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gus Pelelo of Sioux City. Dr. J. P. Vincent, pastor of the First Presbyterian church in Sioux City, read the double ring ceremony.
The bride chose as her wedding costume a beige gabardine dressmaker suit with brown accessories. She wore a corsage of yellow roses and gardenias.
Her maid of honor, Miss Leona Fagan, wore a gray gabardine dressmaker suit with black accessories and a corsage of red roses. Robert Hisey acted as bestman with LeVoy Williams and Leland Fagan serving as ushers.
During the ceremony, Cloyde Gabel sang "Bless This House,: and "I Love You Truly," accompanied by Mrs. Milton Atkinson at the organ. Following the ceremony a reception was held in the home of the bride's parents.
The bride is a graduate of East high school, Sioux City and is employed as X-ray technician in Sioux City. The groom is a graduate of Central High school, Sioux City, and since his discharge after serving in the Marine Corps, is attending Morningside College. The young couple are making their home at 1806 Court St., Sioux City.
