Feb 10, 1888 - Palo Alto Reporter - Mr. Henry Munch, Sr., father of Henry Munch of Whittemore and of Mrs. Adrian of this city, died at the home of the latter on Monday the 6th in the 86th year of his age. Mr. Munch had been quite feeble from age for a number of years and had mingled but little with neighbors and friends.

He was a quiet unassuming old gentleman and highly esteemed by those who knew him. The funeral services were held at the residence of Mrs Adrian on Tuesday, conducted by Rev. Crane.
