Died. -- In Vernon township, Palo Alto county, Iowa, on Monday, March 29th, 1875, at 6 o'clock, A. M., Mrs. Sarah Gibbs, aged 95 years.

The deceased was the mother of Mr. Chas. Gibbs (who is well known to our people as a member of the Board of Supervisors), with whom she was living at the time of her death. She was born in Mount Melie, Queens Co., Ireland, and came to this country 27 years ago. Spiritual consolation was administered by the pastor of the Catholic Church, Rev. J. J. Smith, of which she was a firm and consistent member.
