DISEASE TAKE TWO BROTHERS AT ONCE

Emmetsburg, Iowa, Feb. 23 - (AP) Louis and Alvin Jelliffe, bachelor farmers of Mallard, Iowa, came to town for supplies. Alvin became suddenly ill. Hospital surgeons removed his appendix.

Louis started home. He became ill too. At the hospital doctors took out his appendix also and put him in bed next to brother Alvin.

"I hope," said Alvin, "we get home in time for spring planting."
