270-YEAR-OLD WATCH REPAIRED

EMMETSBURG, Iowa (UP)

A 270-year-old watch is being repaired in a jewelry store here. It is owned by Sam Boies, Sr., a contractor, who said the watch was manufactured in England in 1665. The timepiece is twice the size of an ordinary watch.
