Brooded Over Boys Death

Chariton, Ia. March 2. – Frank Wright, a colored boy living a short distance from Chariton, was judged insane by the insanity commissioners on Wednesday and will be taken to Clarinda today. He is a coal hauler by trade and a few years ago the wagon he was driving full of coal ran over and killed little Proctor Amos on the square. Since that time he has been brooding over the accident which weakened his mind. He has been slightly deranged for some time, but, the first of the week he became violent which necessitated his removal to the hospital.
