Funeral services for George Fox were held January 31 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Sibley. Fr. R.W. Phillips officiated. Burial was in St. Andrew's Cemetery, with Walton Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

George Fox was born on October 3, 1903 in Sibley to Joseph and Anne (Ruddy) Fox. He grew up in the Sibley area. He was married to Rosella Krogman on July 30, 1945. He lived in the Sibley area all of his lfe. He was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Sibley.

Survivors include four children: Daniel and Janet of Sibley; Mike and Pam of Little Rock, 12 grandchildren, two sisters, Nora Feltz of Sheldon, and Ann Nasers of Heron Lake, Minn.

He was preceded in death by his wife, one son, George Jr., two brothers, five sisters, and his parents.
