Jean Rae Imwiehe, 72 Platte City, MO passed away September 24, 2023, at St. Luke's North hospital in North Kansas City, MO. Jean was born August 6, 1951. In O'Brien county in the village of Primghar Iowa to Betty (Baird) and Harry Imwiehe. Jean graduated from Paullina High School in 1969. She then received further education for her undergrad at Northwestern College Orange City, IA then her B.S in Pharmacy at South Dakota State University. She practiced in Paullina, Sanborn, Belmond Iowa, Newton Iowa-Hy-Vee and United Health Care KC. Later she lived with her sister Trudy in Platte City MO. She loved gardening, flowers, and shared love with her sister of Maltase dogs.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Betty Imwiehe, brother Dan Imwiehe and sister Trudy Thompson.

She is survived by sisters Sarah & Melvin Carlson, Nancy Morgan, brother Greg Imwiehe and many nephews and nieces and their children.

There will be a Celebration of life held at a later date by the family. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Mill Creek County Park in O'Brien County Iowa or the Paullina Iowa Fire Department.
