Orren Tjossem Killed in Car-Truck Accident at Fremont, Nebraska

Orren C. Tjossem, 74, of Gaza, was killed Monday in a car-truck accident at Fremont, Nebraska. The accident occurred six miles north of Fremont on Highways 275 and 77 at 1:30 on Monday, August 2. Mrs. Tjossem is listed in serious condition in a Fremont hospital with injuries and burns.

Services for Mr. Tjossem will be held Thursday, August 5, at the Friends Meeting House at Mapleside. Burial will be in the Friends Cemetery.

Mr. Tjossem is survived by his wife Florence; two sons, George of Saludas, Virginia, and Glenn of Gaza; and one daughter, Mrs. Warren Wilson on Primghar; six grandchildren; one brother, Alvern Tjossem, and two sisters, Mrs. Clifford Wall (Mabel) and Mrs. Ed. Crosbie (Stella).
