Elizabeth Leverenz, RN, Dies at 84; Services Held Here Wednesday

Elizabeth Leverenz, age 84, a resident of this community most of her life, died Sunday afternoon at Cooper's Nursing Home in Sutherland. A registered nurse she had followed that profession for many years. She had lived at the home the past four years.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at Gaudian Funeral Home and at 2:00 at Zion Lutheran church. The Rev. Paul Sohn officiated. Burial was in Prairie View Cemetery, here.

She is survived by three sisters: Mrs. Emma Briggie, Mrs. Hermine Voss, Paullina and Mrs. R. A. Piotter of Manawa, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Piotter, Mrs. Walter Gruel and Mrs. Rienhold Piotter, all of Manawa, were here for the services.
