FRED MILLER HARTLEY IOWA -
Fred Miller Sr. 91, Hartley died Saturday in a hospital in Hartley. Services will be at 10:30 am, Tuesday in St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Hartley. The Rev. John Schauer will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, under the direction of Baumgarten Funeral Home.

Mr. Miller was born Oct 30, 1894, in Effingham, Illinois and came to Hartley in 1915. He married Mary Mohr Dec 20, 1916, at Hartley. She died in 1976. He worked for the Hartley Creamery for 25 years, retiring in 1957.

Mr. Miller was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include two sons, Tom of Westminster, California and Fred Jr. of Running Springs, California; three daughters, Mrs. Warren (Kathryn) Houtcooper of Scottsdale, Arizona, Mrs. Bill (Corrine) Loder of Hartley and Mrs. Dale (Joan) Brazle of Rockford, Illinois; 22 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
