Funeral services in memory of Keith L. Rusch were held Monday, August 5, 1996, at 2 p.m. at Trinity United Church of Christ in Hartley. Rev. Milo Sheldon officiated. Sanborn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Keith Lowell Rusch, the son of Orville and Evelyn (Dietrich) Rusch, was born at Spirit Lake, Iowa on January 8, 1960. He lived his youth south of Harley and attended the Sutherland Community School, graduating in 1979.

Keith was united in marriage to Lynnette Dodge on November 14, 1992 at Hartley, Iowa. Following their marriage, Keith and Lynnette have farmed south of Hartley.

Keith died at the St. Luke's Regional Hospital in Sioux City, Iowa on August 1, 1996.

He is survived by his wife, Lynnette; two daughters, Alyssa Dawn and Hailey Lynn; his parents, Orville and Evelyn Rusch of Hartley; one brother, Kent of Hartley; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Darrel and Sharlene Dodge of Hartley.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Keithe was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Hartley where he was currently serving on the Pastor Parish Committee. His farming vocation was a very important part of his life and Keith had a love for life and people. Special interests of Keith's included deer hunting, watching football, and gardening with his daughters.
