Mrs. Estella Spencer Neelings, a former resident of Sanborn, passed away at her home in Mason City Sunday monring, December 18, following an illness of three weeks. Funeral services were held at the Chapel of McAuley and Son funeral home Tuesday afternoon in Mason City. The Rev. Wm. Galbreth, associate pastor of the First M.E. Church was in charge of the services. Betty Senneff sang, "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." Members of the Rebekahs attended the services and members of the G.I.A. attended in a body.

Estella Harding, daughter of Curtis and Elizabeth Harding, was born in Pennsylvania, April 22, 1865 and passed away December 18, 1938. She was united with the Baptist church in young womanhood.

She is survived by one son, Orville Spencer of Mason City, Ia., one siter, Mattie Walston, Sanborn, Ia., and one brother, Eugene Harding of Yale, S.D.

Those who attended the services from out of town were Mrs. Ethelyn Stevens, a niece, of Sanborn, Ial, and Mr.a nd Mrs. Howard Neeling of Mitchell, S.D.

Wednesday morning, Mr. Orville Spencer, Mrs. Ethelyn Stevens, Mr. and Mrs. A. Tonby and Mr. Frank Bickford accompanied the body to Sanborn, where it was taken to the funeral parlors and later to Roseland cemetery, where the interment service was conducted by Rev. W.N. Fulcomer.
