A Mysterious Accident

Sheldon, Iowa, June 4. - A man names Wiesman, of Orange City, was killed Saturday night and J. F. Vanderberg, of Orange City, was badly hurt by falling from a one handcar and being run over by another. The man had been at work with others on the Omaha railroad and six handcars loaded with laborers were returning here after the day was done. In some unaccountable way Wiesman and Vanderberg , who were on the second from the last car, fell off and were run over by the car following. Wiesman, who was 71 years of age, was killed instantly, Vanderberg is 48 years of age; his collar bone was broken.

Note: Wiesman was also spelled Yiesman in the same article.
