The remains of Mrs. H. E. Kelly arrived in Muscatine last Sunday night from Jacksonville, Florida, accompanied by her husband and brother, J.P. Courtney. The funeral was held Monday, June 2, In Muscatine and was attended by relatives and friends from Louisa and Muscatine counties. Interment took place in St. Mary cemetery. Mrs. Kelly died suddenly in Jacksonville with heart disease in the thirty-fifth year of her age. Twenty-three years of her life were spent in this county and she is mourned by a large number of acquaintances. Besides the husband, she is mourned by a daughter, Alpha Lillian, ten years of age and four brothers, J. P. Courtney, J. T. Courtney and Michael Courtney, of near Wapello and Frank Courtney, of Washington county.
