Dr. G. O. Morgridge, one of Muscatine's foremost citizens, died on Thursday night of last week after a brief illness. He was one of the most successful physicians in Eastern Iowa and was well known in this city, having been called here frequently in consultation with local physicians and has also frequented the reunions of the veterans of the civil war. He was 69 years of age at the time of his death.
