Mrs. R. B. Moore of this city, received word yesterday morning, of the death of her father, Newton B. Ansley, which occurred some time Tuesday night at his home in West Liberty. He was found dead in his bed at 8:30 o'clock yesterday morning by his wife when she attempted to waken him. Heart disease was given as the cause of his demise, and it came without warning. Dr. and Mrs. Moore had been planning to spend the Fourth in West Liberty with her parents, but had delayed the trip on account of threatening weather conditions. The death comes as a great shock to them. Mr. Ansely came to Iowa from Pennsylvania 40 years ago and has lived in West Liberty all those years. Surviving are his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Moore of Wapello and Mrs. Ray Griffith of Enid, Okla.
