Funeral services for James L. Morrison, 50, were held in Wilton April 22 with Dave Wade officiating. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery. Pallbearers were George Davidson, Don and Bob Heddon, Merrill Kraklio, Michael Leyden and Billy Richardson. Honorary pallbearers were Dave Wade and Paul Heddon.

Mr. Morrison died at Muscatine General hospital April 20.

The son of James and Chloe Geyer Morrison, he was born at Washington Feb. 19, 1935. He was married to Ina Ray Leyden at Iowa City Aug. 23, 1955. He was a self-employed truck driver. He was an army veteran of the Korean conflist.

He is survived by his wife, 2 sons, James, Moscow and Brian, Wilton; 2 daughters, Mrs. Carl (Penelope) Stover, Durant and Lisa Nerr, Muscatine; his mother, Chloe Richards, Success, Mo.; 16 brothers and sisters and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
