WILLIAM WINDMAN
William Windman, 83, life resident of Muscatine, died at 12:30 a.m. today at the Lutheran Hoe, following a short illness. The body was removed to the Geo. M. Wittich Funeral Home. Arrangements for service are pending.

Mr. Windman was born Dec. 10, 1874, at Muscatine, the son of William and Hattie Niemier Windman. He was a member of the Grace Lutheran church and had been a resident of the Lutheran Homes since July, 1951.

Surviving are four brothers, Frank and Charles Windman, Muscatine, the Rev. E.T. Windman, Nevada, Ia., and John Windman, Pontiac, Ill.' one sister, Miss Cora Windman, Muscatine; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Four brothers and four sisters preceded him in death.
