MONTPELIER-Rosemary Dipple, 86, of Montpelier, died in her home Saturday, August 13, 2022. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Services of Muscatine. Funeral Services will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Montpelier cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be left to the Muscatine Kingdom Hall in memory of Rosemary. Rosemary Ermagene Sindt was born January 23, 1936, on Telegraph Road in Davenport, IA, to Albert and Gladys (Olson) Sindt. She attended Muscatine High School until 1953. Rosemary was united in marriage to the love of her life Dale Dipple on May 31, 1958 at the Kingdom Hall in East Davenport. The couple lived in Montpelier, IA for most of their lives where they were happily married for 64 wonderful years. Rosemary worked on the assembly line at Sears Manufacturing for 17 years. She left to focus on her children and grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Rosemary was a devout member of Jehovah Witness' Muscatine congregation for 75 years, and lived her life in service to Jehovah. She often enjoyed going out in service with her sisters. Rosemary enjoyed sewing, embroidery, fishing with Dale in Canada, gardening and being in nature. She loved reading to her grandchildren, and teaching them new things. Rosemary could bake any kind of sweets imaginable, especially oatmeal cookies. She could always be found taking care of others. A fantastic writer, she loved to send notes and letters to her family and friends. Rosemary was a loving grandmother and great-grandmother and lived to spend time with her family.

Rosemary will be missed by husband, Dale of Montpelier; children, Brit Dipple of Montpelier, Deanna Dipple of Montpelier and Tammy (Jeremie) Dipple-Critten of Davenport; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; Ervin (Shelia) Sindt of Davenport, Lucille Dipple of Davenport, Janice Estabrook of Muscatine, Jerry (Reatta) Sindt of Centerville, Larry (Jackie) Sindt of Montpelier, Sandra (Freddie) Fisher of Davenport, Gale (Debra) Sindt of Bailey, Colorado, Albert (Linda) Sindt of Montpelier, Daniel Sindt of Montpelier, Cynthia Sindt of Montpelier and Lyle Sindt of Montpelier and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Allen (Julia) Sindt, Wayne Sindt, Kenneth Sindt, Dean Sindt, Warren Sindt; sister-in-law, Linda Sindt and brothers-in-law, Eldon Estabrook and Ronnie Dipple.
