September 10, 1929-December 4, 2021

Grace Duggleby, 92, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics-Madison. A private graveside service will be held at the Muscatine Memorial Park Community Garden Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Grace's name. Grace Harter was born on September 10, 1929 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Charles W. and Mildred M. (Knouse) Harter. Grace was a 1947 graduate of Davenport high School and went on to receive a degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa in 1951. On July 6, 1955, Grace was united in marriage to Richard S. Duggleby in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a teacher in the Clinton and Muscatine School districts for 25 years. Grace was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ.

Grace will be deeply missed by her husband, Richard; son, John (Jude) Duggleby; daughter, Leslie (Brad) Soule and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents.
