Belinda, daughter of William Charles and Alice Ruth (Elledge) Poe, was born on Friday, February 25, 1949 in Huntsville, AL. In 1981, Belinda was united in marriage to Ronald Eugene Little, in Tipton, Iowa. Being a people person, Belinda enjoyed working in retail for over 20 years at the JC Penney’s store in Muscatine, IA. Because of the enormous love she had for her two cats, “Little Bit” and “Scooter”, Belinda was dubbed the nickname “Cat Lady”. Family describes Belinda as a free spirit that loved life and family, especially her grandchildren. Always thinking of others, Belinda would often surprise them with spontaneous thoughtful gifts. She was a wise ‘shopaholic’ in that her ability to find great bargains satisfied her eye for quality and value and her natural talent for decorating. Belinda was a meticulous house keeper, woman of her word, and always willing to help where she saw a need. Proud of her southern roots, she was a great southern cook. Her taste for fine coffee, desserts and pastries were her morning necessity and she loved Burger King Whoppers. Belinda was very kind, giving, thoughtful, and good-natured woman that will be missed by those whose lives she touched.

Belinda is survived by her daughter, Angela Faye McKiddy of Wilton, IA; son, Michael Dean of Tipton, IA; sisters, Judy (Ronald) Graham of Cullman, AL, and Kathy (Alan) Goodpasture of Abita Springs, LA; grandchildren, Michael Dean Jr. of Moscow, IA and Samantha (Shane) Kelderman of Fitchburg, WI; great-grandchildren, Vincent Dean and Penelope Kelderman; her sister-in-law and best friend whom she dearly loved, Faye Jordan, of Danville, IL; and her two cats, “Little Bit” and “Scooter”. Belinda was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, “Gene”.
