Deborah K. Burke, 64, of Apache Junction, Arizona, formerly Muscatine, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Brookdale Apache Junction. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandhfuneralservice.com . Deborah Kaye Blackwood was born on March 18, 1957 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of George Andrew and Wanda Lee (Lindquist) Blackwood. Deborah had worked at Members Community Credit Union as a Bank Teller for 12 years. She was a member of The Moose Lodge, American Legion and the Elks Lodge. She attended Zion Lutheran church. Deborah enjoyed spending time with her beloved dog Mr. Bogangles, traveling, dancing, going out to eat, playing bridge and most of all spending time with her family.

Deborah will be deeply missed by her grandson, Talon Burke of Cedar Rapids and her father, George Blackwood of Muscatine.

Deborah was preceded in death by her son, David Swanson; mother, Wanda Blackwood and one brother, Dennis Blackwood.
