Kendra D. Krueger, 35, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at her home. Cremation rites have been facilitated. A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine, formerly the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 pm. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Kendra’s name. Kendra Dawn Payton was born on June 15, 1984 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Keith and Connie (Brockert) Payton. On August 5, 2007, Kendra was united in marriage to Todd Krueger in Muscatine. Kendra had worked as a waitress at various restaurants over the years. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and loved the time spent with her husband and son especially their time spent in Colorado.

Kendra will be missed by her son, Cayden at home; her mother and step-father, Connie Payton and Andy McKillip of Muscatine, her father, Keith Payton of Ohio; sister, Tara Payton of Muscatine; her maternal grandparents, Phillip and Ruth Ann Brockert of Muscatine; special aunt, Lori (Sid) Martin of Muscatine; uncle, Randy (Tricia) Brockert of Hills; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Don and Barb Krueger of Muscatine; brother-in-law, Kevyn Krueger of Muscatine; sisters-in-laws, Sarah (Scott) Stineman of Davenport and Amy (Kyle) Hermiston of Davenport; nieces, Ashlynn and Zoe Sulzberger, Macie, Avery and Lylah Stineman and Stella Hermiston; nephews, Parker and Baylor Hermiston; cousins, Alicia Brockert and Sara Martin and Todd’s grandmother, Marilyn Phelps of Muscatine.

Kendra was preceded in death by her husband, Todd; grandmother, Dorothy Conklin; great-grandparents, Manferd and Florence Canarr and great-grandparents, Ernest and Marie Brockert.
