Salem W. Hunter.
The funeral of Salem W. Hunter, a resident of Muscatine for twenty years who died Sunday at his home, 1340 Sherman street, was held at 2 o'clock this afternoon from the home. Rev. U.S. Smith of the First Methodist Episcopal church conducted the services. Burial was made in the Fruitland cemetery.
The pallbearers were Salem Hunter, Sam Partridge, William Springer, Lawrence Bell, Aca Shepard, all nephews of the deceased and Wilbur Longstreth.
