Mrs. Margaret Mortenson, 95, Wilton Junction, died Dec. 16 at Bellevue hospital in Muscatine, after an extended illness.

A resident of Wilton Junction most of her life, she was born Feb. 6, 1865, in Madison county, Ill., the daughter of Stephen and Anna Schoor Weber. She married Just Mortenson Aug. 29, 1928, at Wilton Junction.

Mrs. Mortenson was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ.

Survivors include 2 step-sons, Leonard Mortenson, Wilton Junction and John Mortenson Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Tom (Katherine) Dilley and Mrs. Grace Finley, both of Muscatine; 2 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 5 sisters, 2 brothers and 2 sons.

Funeral services were held Dec. 18, at Wilton Junction with the Rev. Joseph H. Mayer officiating. Burial was at Sharon cemetery in Cedar county.
