Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Snider funeral home for Robert Garfield Hogan, 68, who died Monday in his home at West Liberty.

Mr. Hogan was born June 18, 1888 in Salem, Mo., and had been a resident of West Liberty for 36 years. He was married to Hazel Addleman in Salem. He was a member of the Methodist church and was employed by the city for many years.

He is survived by three sons, Robert and Bill, West Liberty, and Fritz of Fairfield; two daughters, Rosie Brenneman, Nichols, and Marilyn Willet, West Liberty, and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife and one daughter.
