Grandview - Mrs. Brower, a daughter of Samuel Phillips, of Mt. Hope, died very suddenly the evening of the 14th. Mrs. Brower started to go to one of her neighbors, and on going out of the house she dropped dead. Her death was doubtless caused by a blood vessel breaking near the heart. The funeral occurred the 16th, and she was buried in the Westbrook cemetery in Seventy-Six.

Note: Westbrook cemetery is also known as Kiser or Eisele Cemetery.
