Mrs. Frances (Lottie) Wreidt, 60, died at 1:45 a.m. today at her home, Hatfield’s Station, following a lengthy illness. The daughter of Carl and Lottie Hobson Height, she was born Oct. 27 1907 at Muscatine. She formerly lived at Clarence, moving to the Wilton area four months ago.

Frances Wreidt married Elmer Wreidt, May 11, 1957 at Rock Island. She was a member of St. Marks Lutheran church, Davenport. Her occupation was a restaurant operator.

Survivors include her husband, Elmer Wreidt of Wilton; one son Wesley McJuckin, of Chicago; one daughter, Mrs. James (Betty) Ott, of Los Angeles, Calif; three step-children, Mrs. John Karwath, Mrs. Harold Wiatt, and LaVerne Wreidt all of Davenport; one sister, Mrs. Charles Murnam, Hooppole, Ill. and her mother Mrs. Lottie Height of Davenport, also ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Gill Memorial Home, Wilton, with burial at the Oakridge cemetery.
