Funeral services for Mrs. Irene E. Yeater, 54, of 9 Albany Park, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the George M. Wittich Funeral Home. Rev. J. Paul Stevens will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Mrs. Yeater died at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday at the Hershey Convalescent Home after an extended illness.

A life resident of Muscatine, she was born Oct. 23, 1915, a daughter of John I. and Pearl Brown Henderson. The former Irene Henderson married William W. Yeater, Feb. 8, 1941 at Kahoka, Mo. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church.

Survivors are the husband,William Yeater; five brothers, C.E. Henderson. Kenneth Henderson of Muscatine, Allen Henderson of Tulsa, Okla., C.G. Henderson of Rock Island and John Henderson of Moline; one sister, Mrs. Paul (Juanita) Hunn of Muscatine; her mother, Mrs. Pearl Hunn of Muscatine.

She was preceded in death by her father.
