MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Services for Eloise J. Sissel, of Muscatine, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bentley Funeral Homes, Durant. Burial will be in Durant Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Sissel died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 1999, at Wilton Care Center. She was a homemaker. Eloise Otto was born June 22, 1928, in Stockton. She married Lyle Sissel in 1948 in Davenport. Memorials may be made to Parkinson's Association. Survivors include her husband; daughter, Debra Hatton, Hendersonville, Tenn., and Kathy Sissel, Bettendorf; a granddaughter; and a sister, Leila Ovesen, Durant
